White Wines
Serve chilled with seafood and poultry- Hillside White
Rich, full bodied, and semi-dry. A blend of French Columbard, Muscat, and Chenin Blanc. - Chardonnay
Rich fruit flavor with buttery, toasty oak aromas to produce a excellent balance. It remains the most popular white wine. - Champagne
Extra Dry = Slightly Sweet. Excellent for that festive occasion
Red Wines
Serve with pasta, meats or whatever.- Hillside Red
Fine, dry, full-bodied red wine. A blend of wines pressed from red varietal grapes. - Cabernet Sauvignon
The king of wines. Complex, full-bodied with rich oak overtones. - Zinfandel
Rich fruit flavor, full of berry and peppery flavors along with oak barrel aging.
